We all know how good, a good nights sleep feels. When we talk to people about sleep they tell me that they sleep well but I don’t often believe them. You see, people are so used to poor sleep that they forget what it is to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day. We find there are two major types of insomnia – trouble getting to sleep, or trouble staying asleep. You treat each case differently as there are different chemical obstructions in each case.
