10 common symptoms of too many bugs can include:


1.   Gas and bloating

These are all common symptoms of too many bugs, or the wrong balance of bugs. Simply taking a probiotic isn’t the solution. If left untreated – a whole host of other health complaints can follow. Remember – ‘it all begins in the gut’.


Chucking more bacteria in to the mix (like taking a probiotic), is a bit like throwing grass seeds at weeds and expecting the weeds to die. It’s a bit silly and very rarely works or creates a permanent change.
